A diet for women must be based on real science




A diet for women should not be based on television commercials but on firm science, we are in the middle of a very serious obesity epidemic but sadly too many women are still turning to the popular television commercial diets which have never been scientifically proven to reduce inflammatory fat.  If you have tried to diet and have not lost the amount of body fat that you would have liked it is time to take a real look at what science has revealed about excessive body fat.



The failure of the commercial diets
